Season 2 - delivery 6

CSA - Community Supported Agriculture - Our season of bountiful produce continues with our 6th delivery. The feature surprise in this delivery is .... black raspberries!!! Wow! These berries are a rare find, and a delicious treat!



We also received another big batch of sugar snap peas, kale, green onions, zucchini, a huge head of cabbage, and cilantro. I don't remember receiving cilantro last year from our farmers. What a treat.
We will definitely be making green salsa this week, using the cilantro and the green onions. An attempt at stuffed cabbage will also be in order. Check out Recipe Doll for the recipes.
