Friday Night? - Bad Seed and New Traditionalist Bread

Community Supported Agriculture - No matter what you are doing on a Friday night, you need to make a stop at Bad Seed Farmer's Market - http://www.badseedfarm.com/
This mecca of organic produce is so much fun! Sign up for Bad Seed's emails. Brooke of Bad Seed writes the emails, and pours her heart and soul into each email.
Not only is there produce but there are other really cool local items such as; locally made sour dough bread, locally produced and bottled soda, locally made granola, local honey, locally made cheese, soaps and more! You must check it out. Very family friendly and located in the Kansas City Arts District. It's close to everything!

Dan of Bad Seed - holding the beautiful ruby red turnips that we bought!

The sourdough bread from New Traditionalist Bread (http://www.newtraditionalistbread.com/the-goods) is definitely the best sourdough bread we have ever had - even better than the sourdough bread we had in San Francisco! New Traditionalist Bread uses flour from Kansas. Way to go! Thanks for reducing carbon footprint. We brought home a loaf of original and a loaf of cherry/apricot. Yes. That's right. Cherry/apricot sourdough bread.
