Many Farmers - One Plate

Community Supported Agriculture - One of our goals is to include as many locally produced items as we can into one meal. We hope that one meal will represent many different local farmers/local producers. Benefits -support the local economy, reduce carbon footprint, eat seasonally, eat organic, eat healthy.

Grilling with our neighbors on Memorial Day. The meal included:

And for breakfast the next day - whole grain, blueberry, cashew pancakes

The Berry Patch (http://theberrypatchonline.com/) - fresh blueberries
Fruitful Hills CSA(http://www.fruitfulhills.com/) - farm fresh eggs
