Dough-less Pot stickers

Later in the week, we decided on an Asian-style feast dinner - consisting of Dough-less Pot Stickers, and Genral Tso's Tofu.

We used beautiful lettuce leaves from the head of lettuce we received from our farmer. We also used green onions from our farmer too. We substituted portabella mushrooms for the shiitake mushrooms and it was great!

We have a new dinner tradition. After we pray, I list all of the things that we are eating that came from local farmers and name the farmers.
